to reach The
nearest railway station is Dabhoi and the bus station is at a distance of two kilometers.
The Vadodara - Dabhoi is 32 Kms from here. Buses, taxis, horse - carriages and
autorickshaws are vehicles available here. There are facilities of Dharmashala and
Bhojanashalas.
Historicity: It is stated that Tejpal, the advisor of King Virdhaval at
the time of renovating the large fort, installed this idol. This idol is made of sand and
it remained under waters for a long time, but not a single particle of sand is separated,
Impressed by the marvels and miracles of this idol, king Sagaradatta built a splendid
temple and got this idol reinstalled in if. This temple was again renovated in the year
1990 of the Vikram era. Since this idol is strong like iron, devotees began to call it by
the name of Lodhana Parshvanath. The leading Upadhayay, Yashovijayaji Saheb died here in
the year 1743 of the Vikram era. Near this, there is an ancient temple of Shyamala
Parshvanath. Also there are three other temples.
