Bhagawan Adishwar

How to reach   the tirth is in Village Kadamb and the nearest railway station of Palitana is 20 kilometers away. The climbing of the hill starts from the Kadamb village. Buses and taxis can come here. Near the temple at the foot of the hill, there are Dharmashala and bhojanashalas. Palki are also available for weak and old people.
 
Historicity: The antiquity of this place is related to that of Mt. Shetrunjay. This is regarded as a peak of Mt. Shetrunjay. There are three passages for going round the hill. This temple is in one of the there passages, which is 18 miles long. Kadambamuni was a Gandhar of Bhagawan Nirvani, the second of the 24 Tirthmala of the last group of Tirthankara. Here he got salvation along with a number of months. That is why this place is named Kadambagiri. This is among the group of the give sacred places belonging to the Shetrunjay hill. There are two temples in which the idols are of Bhagawan Neminath and Simadhar Swami. On the top of the hill there are two small temples. In one of them they are footprints of Bhagawan and in the other there are footprints-Charan- of Ganadhar. In the village at the foot of the hill, there is a large and beautiful temple of Mahavir Swami
