Tirth: This sacred place is on the highway from Songarh to Palitana. The nearest railway station is Songarh on the high way to Palitana; this place is at an interior distance of 16 kilometers. There are transport facilities. There are Dharmashala, bhojanashalas and an upashraya.

Historicity: a great donor in sweet memory of his loving son, Kirti, established this temple. His Holiness Acharyadev Chandrodaysurisvraji formally installed it on the sixth day of the dark half of the month of Magasar in the year 2021 i.e. on December 14, 1984.
