Historicity: In the year 1540 of the Vikram era, in the times of Sultan Mohammed Begdo, this idol was in they village of Dhaneshwar. But from fear of invasion, the devotees kept it safeguarded in a river. After many years, a Shravak of the Chhani village conducted a search under divine indication of his dream and the God’s idol appeared. Shravakas of different villages insisted on taking the idol to their own village. It was, therefore, decided that the idol should be seated on a bullock - cart, the bullock - cart should be set moving and a Jain temple should be built wherever the bullock cart would stop. It stopped at the village Paroli. There the Sangha built a splendid temple and got the idol formally installed there. This is a very miraculous idol. Devotees call the idol ‘ Satyadev Neminath’
