Shri Vadali Tirth

Mulnayak: 90 Cms. High, black - colored idol of Bhagawan Amizara Parshvanath in the Padmasana posture.

Tirth: It is in the center of the Vadali village. The t railway station of Vadali is at a distance of one Kilometer. This sacred place is on the Ahmedabad - Khedbrahma road at a distance of 14 Kilometers from the temple of Idar and 44 Kilometers from the city of Himatnagar. Historicity: It seems that the ancient name of this place was Valapalli. This temple of Bhagawan Parshvanath is supposed to belong to a period prior to the twelfth century. It is believed that once upon a time abundant nectar was oozing out of this idol. That is why the devotees began to call the idol Amizara Parshvanath. There is also a splendid temple of Bhagawan Shantinath. There are 52 idols in it. There is also a temple of Bhagawan Adinath. It is believed that both these temples, belong to a period prior to the twelfth century.
