How to reach: This place is 27 kms from manglore in kasargod distt of kerala.Manjeshwar is a railway station on Manglore-trivendrum line. The priest of these temple leaves for manglore after Puja; hence it is advisable to give the message in advance for darshan.
Historicity: The jain temples are on the southern bank of river manjeshwar. The chaturmukh temple is on a small hillock. the idols of Bhagwan Adinath, Shantinath, Chandranath and mahavir swami are installed on the four sides of the temple. This temple is considered to be of 16 CAd.
the other temple is known as smaller Choumukha temple. this is near manjeshwar biri works . the bronze choubisi with bhagwan Parsvanath as mulnayak is installed. The idol sof Bhagwan suparsvanath and other Yaksh and yakshi are here. these temples are looked after by 2 jain family of the town.
