How to reach: This ancient Jain place is 16 Kms from Gajpantha near nasik, maharastra on Traymbak Road. The Jain idols are on the hill in the caves.

Historicity: There are numerous ruins of idols and old jain temples in the village which indicates that this place was a great Jain center in the ancient time. On the road side, one can find a statue of 150 cms high tirthankar in padamasan. There is a inscription on the stone dating back to 12 CAD.
