to reach: This Tirth is 5 kms from kandari village. Kandari is 22 Kms from sagar on kanpur
road. The dharamshala on river bank provides lodging and boarding facilities.
Art and architecture; Bhagwan Shantinath
Historicity: The cave temple of Bhagwan Shantinath is very
miraculous. After 30 feet the way turn and after 20 feet, the idols of Bhagwan Shantinath
and Bhagwan Kunthunath and Bhagwan Arahnath
are visible. The idols of Bhagwan Kunthunath and Arahnath are 175 cms high in standing
posture. The lenth of cave is not known.Legends state that a yogi used to live in the cave
and used to bring water from the cave after traveling for 2 miles.
