Historiricty:
There are 37 Jain temples at this place. The main temple is dedicated to Bhagwan Mahavir
Swami. Here the Tonks of 24 tirthanakrs are very special. Here a Gurukul and hostel for
students is also operating. This place is called Pisanhari ki madia because a poor old
lady used to grind cereals for neighbous and save money for making a small temple. Some
day all her money was stolen but she continued to save money afresh. Suddenly, she found
that all her stolen money was returned in her hut and she startd the construction of the
temple. However, the money was not sufficient and she could not complete the Kalash, then
she installed her stone grinders as the Kalash of the temple. After 700 years of construction of madia by poor
lady, abeautiful Madan Mahal was constructed about 1 Kms away.
