Mulnayak: Nearly 105 cms. high black-colored idol of Bhagawan Chintamani Parshvanath in the Padmansana posture.

How to reach: It is in the Jain temple street in the Unhel village. Unhel the nearest railway station is at a distance of 10 kilometers and Ujjain is at a distance of 40 kilometers from this temple. The Nagda Town is nearby. Bus service and private vehicles are available. Board and lodging provisions are there.

Historicity: This tirth belongs to a period earlier that the tenth century. There are some ruins of the Gupta age. They prove the antiquity of this place. The ancient name of this village was Toran. It seems that it was changed into the modern name during the Muslim rule. This tirth was also renovated many times. The last renovation was accomplished by Shri Unhel sanga in the year 1700 of the Vikram era. On certain nights, muscial sounds of songs are heard at night. It seems as if small lamps are waved before the idol by way of worship. Sometimes nectar flows out of God’s eyes. By pilgrimaging this miraculous tirth of by worshipping this idol, the devotees fulfil theri wishes. History says that many miracles have hppened here. On both the sides, the idols of Indra with a snake’s hood are beautfiul and they are not found elsewhere. Since the tirth is ancient, it is worth seeing. Bhagawan Chintamani Parshvanath fulfils the wishes of the devotees.
