Mulnayak: Idol of Bhagwan Shantinath ji

How to reach; this town is on delhi- Jodhpur tailway line and is 380 Kms delhi. Laldun is 210 kms from Jaipur bu Bus.

Art and architecture:    Bhagwan Shantinath temple

 Historicity: The ancient digamabar jain temple  dedicated to Bhagwan Shantinath is known as bada mandir. There is an inscription on one of the pillars of the samvat 1103. The garbh griha is now about 11 feet below the ground level. The ar and sculpture of this temple is marvelous. 24 images of tirthankaras are inscribed on the  two pillars in front of the vedi. About one meter high  idol of Jain Sarasvati devi is very attractive and example of beautiful sculpture.

          There are 5 Digamabar jain temples and 2 svetamabar Jain temples are from 10 CAD. This place is also the native place of acharya Tulsi.
