Shri Uthman Tirth

Mulnayak: Nearly 55 cms high, white-colored idol of Bhagawan Parshvanath in the Padmasana posture.

Tirth:
It is at the foot of the hill, outside the Uthman village. This temple is at a distance of 20 kilometers from Javai-bandh (dam), and the nearest railway station and at a distance of 22 kilometers from the city of Sirohi. Buses and private vehicles are easily available Boarding and lodging facilities are available at this place.

Historicity: On the basis of the inscriptions carved on the walls of the pendal of the temple on the fifth day of the dark half of the month of Jeth in the year 1251 of the Vikram era and other inscriptions, this tirth is believed to belong to a period prior to the twelfth century. There is a reference that a well was built in the temple by Shravaka Dhaneshwar and his family. A flag is raised on the temple on the tenth day of the dark half of the month of Shravan.
