to reach: It is in the center of the Badoda village. The nearest railway station
of Dungapur is at a distance of 40 kilometers. This is a tirth on the Dungarpur - Vansavad
roadway. Bus service and private vehicles are available. Board and lodging provisions are
there.
Historicity: This temple was supposedly built in the year 1036 the idol
of Kesariyaji in Dhuleva appeared from this place in the year 909 of the Vikram era. This
was once upon a time a very large city. Since this is an ancient tirth of the Dungapur
District of Mewar in Rajasthan, it has a special significance. The foot - idols of bhagwan
Kesaraiyanath are installed at the place from which Bhagawan appeared. Thousands of Jains
and non - Jains go pilgrimaging there. There are footprints (charan) of Bhagawan Adinath
under Pipal tree. They are known by the name of Kesariya Bala. Devotee come with a special
faith and fulfill their wishes. The ancient wall paintings of the 20 wandering Tirthnakars
and of Kalyanakas eneficent events of a Tirththankars life of the 24 Thirthankars
are very attractive..
