Mulnayak: Idol of Bhagwan Parsvanath

How to reach: This Tirth is 16 Kms from kankari village and 67 Kms from Gorakhpur.

Art and architecture: Manastambh

Historicity: This place is the Tapasya and Kewalgyan bhoomi of Tirthankar Puspadanta ji. The ruined temples of Gupta period are scattered here. The idol of Bhagwan parsvanath is in one of such temple. Besides, in the northern part of the village, an 8 mts high manastambh dating back to 460 CAD. The images of Bhagwan parsvanath and other tirthankars ate inscribed on the stambh.
